Through access to all aspects of running a fully functioning, open-to-the-public, income generating business, members gain experience in customer service, logistics, marketing and other areas. The Shop allows members to see themselves as capable workers and employees and gives them building blocks for their future success.

The Thrift Shop also helps to increase public awareness of mental illness and provides income — all proceeds generated by The Shop are used to support the Clubhouse.
